摘要
目的：探讨 TST STARR ﹢在直肠外科重建中的安全性和疗效。方法回顾性分析24例行 TST STARR ﹢患者的临床资料。结果24例中出口梗阻型便秘15例（直肠粘膜内套叠10例、直肠前突合并套叠5例）；直肠息肉3例；吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（PPH）后发生的直肠经吻合口套叠引起便秘的患者2例；PPH 术后复发再手术1例；重度脱垂痔合并直肠粘膜内套叠3例。术后出现吻合口出血1例，肛门坠胀3例，便急1例，尿潴留8例。吻合口出血患者行急诊手术止血治愈，余均经保守治疗愈合。经过3至6个月随访，无重大并发症及死亡病例。结论 TST STARR ﹢用于直肠手术的重建安全可行，疗效满意。
Objective To explore safty and efficacy of TST STARR Plus in rectal reconstruction. Methods Twenty - four patients who underwent TST STARR Plus were retrospectively studied. Results Of all 24 patients, there were 15 patients with outlet obstructive constipation（including 10 patients with rectum mucous membrane folds and 5 patients with rectal anterior protrusion）,3 patients with rectal polyp,2 patients with constipation caused by rectal intussusception after PPH,1 patients with postoperative recurrence after PPH,3 patients with severe prolapsed hemorrhoids complicated with rectal intussusception. Postoperative anastomotic bleeding occurred in 1 case,anal bulge in 3 cases,acute urgency in 1 cases,urinary retention in 8 cases. Anastomotic bleeding was cured in patients with emergency surgery,and the others were cured by conservative treatment. No significant complications and death cases occurred after 3 to 6 months follow - up. Conclusion TST STARR Plus is safe and effective in rectal recon-struction.
