摘要
目的评估PPH技术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂引起的排便障碍的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月至2008年1月经PPH手术治疗的直肠黏膜内脱垂300例临床资料。结果291例（97％）患者一次PPH手术后排便障碍得到了缓解；9例（3％）症状缓解不明显，其中6例行2次PPH手术，术后排便障碍缓解。结论PPH治疗因直肠黏膜内脱垂引起的排便障碍是一种安全、有效、快速的微创治疗方法。
Objective We effectively treated constipation caused by internal rectal mucosal prolapse through the application of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） technique. Method A retrospective analysis was performed on 300 cases of constipation caused by internal rectal mucosal pro- lapse subject to PPH operations from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2008 in Beijing Anzhen Hospital of Capital Medical University. Result The constipation and symptoms of dysporia disappeared in 291 （97%） patients after PPH operation one time ;9 （3%） patients did not get symptomatic relief obviously, and 6 patients received second PPH operations,and got completely symptomatic relief. Conclusion The PPH method is a safe, effective and fast micro - invasive treatment of constipation caused by internal rectal mucosal prolapse.
