摘要
本文对不同粉磨细度的电炉镍铁渣粉对水泥和混凝土性能的影响进行了系统研究。结果表明,随着电炉镍铁渣粉掺量增加,水泥净浆需水性略有增大,水泥凝结时间有所延长,水泥3d和28d强度明显降低,但90d强度变化不明显;随着镍铁渣粉比表面积增大(350m2/kg至530m^2/kg),水泥28d和90d强度有所提高。水泥中掺加镍铁渣粉,水泥早期干缩率略有增加,但其后期干缩率低于不掺的水泥样品,提高了水泥抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,降低水化热。电炉镍铁渣中MgO以钙镁铁橄榄石形式存在,不会对水泥体积安定性产生影响。混凝土中掺入适量电炉镍铁渣粉,混凝土力学性能、抗冻性、抗碳化能力均优于掺Ⅱ级粉煤灰或与之相近。
The effects of electric furnace ferronickel slag powder with different fineness on properties of cement and concrete were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of electric furnace ferronickel slag powder contents, the water requirements of cement paste increase a little, the setting time of cement would prolong, and the 3d and 28d strength would decreased significantly, but the 90 d strength had no obvious change. With the increasing of electric furnace ferronickel slag powder specific surface area (from 350m2/kg to 530m2/kg), the 28d and 90d strength of cement would increase a little. The early dry shrinkage of cement that admixed with electric furnace ferronickel slag powder increased a little, but the later dry shrinkage of cement that admixed with electric furnace ferroniekel slag powder was lower than that of blank sample. With the addition of electric furnace ferronickel slag powder, the sulphate resistance capability of cement were improved, and the hydration heat of cement was decreased. The MgO in electric furnace ferronickel slag exists in the form of calcium magnesium iron olivine, and it has no effects on the cement soundness. By adding an appropriate amount of electric furnace ferronickel slag powder into concrete, the mechanical properties, frost resistance and carbonation resistance ability of concrete was superior or similar to the ability of concrete that adding class II fly ash.
