壳聚糖/纤维素水凝胶对铬(VI)离子吸附性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过壳聚糖与纤维素微米晶共混,用戊二醛作交联剂制备了壳聚糖(CS)/微晶纤维素复合水凝胶,考察了吸附时间、溶液的p H值、纯CS投加量、纤维素微米晶的掺杂量等因素对吸附效果的影响。研究发现,p H值为6时复合水凝胶对铬(VI)离子的吸附值最大,戊二醛的质量分数为1.5%时吸附效率达到最大,纤维素的加入量为2.0%时,铬(VI)离子的吸附效率达到最高。同时,利用红外光谱仪(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料的结构和形貌进行了表征。 Chitosan (CS)/microcrystalline cellulose composite hydrogel was prepared by blending CS and microcrystalline cellulose with glutaral as the crosslinker. The adsorbability to Cr(VI) ion of the hydrogel in water was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The effects of the adsorption time, pH value of the solution, dosage of pure CS and the doping content of microcrystalline cellulose to the absorption were investigated. The study results show that the adsorption efficiency of Cr(VI) ion increases by the increase of the pure CS dosage. With the pH value of 6, or the concentration of the glutaraldehyde of 1.5%, or the cellulose dosage of 2. 0% , the adsorption efficiency of the composite hydrogel to Cr(VI) ion is the highest. In addition, the structure and morphology of hydrogel were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.
