温针灸与电针治疗肩周炎的疗效比较 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察比较温针灸与电针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将122例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各61例,观察组采用温针灸治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,观察比较2组患者的肩关节功能、疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者的肩关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肩关节功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对疼痛程度进行评估,治疗前,2组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率达95.08%,显著高于对照组的77.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗肩周炎的疗效确切,与电针治疗相比能够更好的改善患者的肩关节功能,减轻疼痛,提高疗效,值得在临床上推广和应用。 Objective To observe and compare the effects of warm acupuncture and electro-acupuncture on the treatment of frozen shoulder. Methods One hundred and twenty-two cases of frozen shoulder were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group with 61 cases in each group. The observation group received the treatment of warm acupuncture, whereas the control group was given electro-acupuncture. The shoulder function, extent of pain and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between two groups. Results There was no signifi- cant difference in the shoulder score between two groups before treatment(P〉0.05). After treatment,the shoul- der score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The visual an- alogue scale(VAS) pain was used to determine the extent of pain. There was no significant difference in VAS score between two groups(P〉0.05). After treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The total efficiency of observation group was 95.08 %, significantly high- er than the 77.05% of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with the treatment of electro-acupunc- ture, warm acupuncture is much more effective in improving shoulder function, reducing pain and improving clinical efficacy, which being worthy of promotion in clinical application.
