摘要
目的:观察紫杉醇脂质体与普通紫杉醇治疗晚期乳腺癌效果对比。方法:选取本院2013年1月-2015年1月80例晚期乳腺癌患者,随机数字表法将患者分为脂质体组和普通组,每组各40例。普通组用普通紫杉醇、阿霉素治疗,脂质体组用紫杉醇脂质体、阿霉素治疗,比较两组患者临床缓解率、血小板计数、白细胞计数、血红蛋白三项指标降低率、恶心呕吐发生率、皮疹过敏反应发生率,并比较两组患者Karnofsky评分的差异。结果:脂质体组临床缓解率跟普通组相似,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脂质体组Karnofsky评分跟普通组接近,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组血小板计数、白细胞计数、血红蛋白三项指标降低率、恶心呕吐发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两组在皮疹过敏反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇脂质体与普通紫杉醇治疗晚期乳腺癌效果相似,在毒副作用方面也相似,但跟普通紫杉醇相比,紫杉醇脂质体可以明显减少皮疹过敏反应的发生,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the effect of paelitaxel liposome compared with ordinary paclitaxel treatment of advanced breast cancer.Method： From January 2013 to January 2015, 80 patients with advanced breast cancer were divided into liposome group and ordinary group according to random number table, 40 cases in each group.Ordinary group was treated with Paelitaxe] and Adriamycin, liposome group was treated with Paclitaxel and Adriamycin liposome, the clinical remission rate, three indicators to reduce the incidence rate of platelet count, white blood cell count and hemoglobin, incidence of nausea and vomiting, the rash allergic reactions and Karnofsky score of two groups were compared.Result： The clinical remission rate, Karnofsky score, three indicators lower rate of platelet count, white blood cell count and hemoglobin, incidence of nausea and vomiting of two groups compared, the differences were no statistically significant （P〉0.05）, but on the incidence of rash allergic reaction the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Paclitaxel liposome and common treatment of advanced breast cancer has similar effect and side effect, but comparing with ordinary Paclitaxel, Paclitaxel liposome can significantly reduce the rash allergic reaction, it is worthy of promoting.
