摘要
采用宜生贮宝制作玉米秸秆青贮饲料,并对其进行了感官和营养成分的测定,对试验组和对照组分析比较重要的营养指标。结果表明,试验组粗蛋白、30h体外干物质消化率、30h中性洗涤纤维消化率(NDFD)、总可消化养分指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,添加宜生贮宝可以明显提高玉米秸秆青贮饲料的营养价值。
Sila-max was used in this study to make corn straw stalk ensilage,then the organoleptics and nutritional ingredient determination were carried out.Analysis of some important nutrition indicators were implemented in experimental group and control group.Results showed that the crude protein,digestibility of dry matter during 30 hin vitro,neutral detergent fibre digestibility（NDFD）during 30 h,the total digestible nutritional indexesin experimental groupwere significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the neutral detergent fibre ofexperimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The results indicated that the Sila-max could improve the nutritional value of the corn straw stalk ensilage obviously.
