摘要
为了控制谐波对电网的污染,大功率LED驱动电源中有必要增加PFC模块。采用有源PFC工作原理实现了一种升压型变换器模块,并将功率因数控制器NCP1605G应用于一款大功率LED驱动电源的PFC级电路设计中。实验结果表明该变换器的输出电压稳定度高,功率因数达到0.9以上。
In order to control the pollution of harmonic wave to power grid, it is necessary to add power factor correction (PFC)module to high-power LED driver. A boost converter module is implemented on the basis of active power factor principle. The PFC circuit for high-power LED driver based on NCP1605G is designed in the paper. The results prove that the converter can work with high output voltage stability and the power factor can reach over 0.9.
