摘要
目的探讨老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术的临床应用效果。方法：选取老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术患者40例，进行回顾性分析。观察临床效果以及患者对手术的满意度。结果：40例患者术后愈合均为甲级愈合，无术后并发症发生，恢复良好，满意度为95％（38／40）。结论：老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术临床应用效果较好，针对性手术切口设计和综合护理干预可有显著降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To study the senile upper eyelid relaxation and the clinical application effect of eyelid bag of plastic surgery. Methods： Forty eases of senile patients with eyelid relaxation and blepharoplasty surgery, retrospective analysis was carried out to observe clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction to the operation. Results： 40 cases of patients with postoperative wound healing were healed, no postoperative complications, good recovery, satisfaction was 95% （38/40）. Conclusion： Senile eyelid relaxation and blepharoplasty surgery clinical application effect better, for surgical incision design and comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
