摘要
目的：探讨经重睑皱襞切口矫正中老年人上睑松弛的效果。方法：按重睑皱襞切口设计手术，将患者松弛多余的皮肤作镰刀形切除，并切除部分肌肉，形成重睑，对伴有上睑凹陷、泪腺脱垂者同时处理。结果：本组126例患者，经随访3～18个月，上睑松弛矫正满意，双侧上睑重睑弧度对称自然，视野清晰，功能改善满意，鱼尾纹减轻，眶周呈年轻化，效果满意。结论：重睑皱襞切口矫正上睑松弛，简便安全，是一种行之有效的方法。
Objective To search the effect using the double eyelid fold incision for treating dermatochalasis in elderly people. Methods According to the double eyelid fold incision design, cured relaxation excess skin for designing falculate shape,and removed part of muscle,then formed double eyelid,treated companied by upper eyelid sag and alacrimal gland prolapse at the same time. Results All 126 patients,followed up for 3 to 18 months,satisfied the effect of rectify dermatochalasis, bilateral upper eyelid radian symmetric nature,field of vision clear,acquired the satisfacting function, decreased the crow＆#39;s feet,peri-orbit younger,the effect was satisfied. Conclusion It is simple,safe, and effective method to rectify dermatochalasis using the double eyelid fold incision.
