摘要
针对我国以煤炭为主要能源且大气污染严重的局面,本文采用面板单位根检验、面板协整检验、模型估计方法对我国东部、中部和西部三大区域2003~2014年之间煤炭消费与大气污染的关系进行了研究。结果表明:煤炭消费引致的污染气体排放强度各不相同,烟粉尘排放强度最大、废气排放强度次之、二氧化硫排放强度最小;同一污染气体在各区域的排放强度也各不相同,东部地区二氧化硫和烟粉尘的排放强度相对较大,这与近年来东部地区雾霾较为严重相吻合。
Based on the this paper through the pane research on the relationship and western from 2003 to 20 conditions that air pollution is serious and coal is main energy in our country, 1 unit root test, panel cointegration test and model estimation conducted the between the coal consumption and the air pollution of China's eastern, central 14. The results showed that., the coal consumption bringing about the emissions intensity of air pollution was various, the emission intensity of smoke dust was the biggest, followed by the exhaust gas and the emission intensity of the sulfur dioxide was the smallest; the emissions intensity of the same pollution gas in different regions was also various, emissions intensity of the sulfur dioxide and smoke dust was relatively large in the eastern,which coincides with the haze in the eastern region was more serious in recent years.
