摘要
介绍了南京市的空气质量现状,认为南京空气质量总体良好,但形势不容乐观,特别是实施新的《环境空气质量标准》评价体系后,空气环境质量达标形势异常严峻。在对南京空气污染特征进行深入分析的基础上,从工业污染物排放、施工扬尘、机动车尾气、区域联防联控机制等角度阐述了南京空气污染治理过程中面临的主要问题,并提出了优化产业结构、控制煤炭消费总量、加强污染治理等空气污染治理对策与建议。
This paper introduces the current status of air quality in Nanjing. The air quality is generally good, but the situa- tion is not optimistic. Based on a thorough analysis of air pollution in Nanjing, this paper finds out the main problems on air pollu- tion control. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed, so as to provide a feasible way for air quality improvement.
