摘要
经济新常态背景下,教育消费合理化对促进人力资本增加和社会创新具有更加重要的现实意义。选取18个指标构建中国教育消费水平综合评价体系,并运用Stata软件对2011年全国31个省市(区)教育消费水平综合实力进行相关测评。研究显示:中国教育消费水平在地区间存在明显的差异,高等教育在地区教育发展中占据核心地位。为促进中国教育消费的合理化,十三五期间,应不断优化各类教育发展环境,促进中国教育质量的稳步提升。
The education consumption rationalization is very important realisticmeaning to promote the increase of social human capital and social innovation under the new normal economic background.This paper choosed 18 variables as the original indexes for evaluation of the comprehensive education consumption level and evaluated the national's 31 provinces education consumption level in 2011 using stata software. The study shows that there is a significant difference in the level of educational consumption in China, and the higher education plays a key role in the development of regional education. In order to promote the rationalization of education consumption in China, during the period of 13th Five-Year, we constantly optimize the development environment of all kinds of education, promote the steady improvement of the quality of education in China.
