摘要
目的探讨柴芍六君汤治疗肝郁脾虚型反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1～12月在我院治疗的肝郁脾虚型分流性食管炎患者70例进行研究，根据入院单双号分为研究组35例和对照组35例。对照组采用泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗，研究组采用柴芍六君汤治疗。两组患者的综合临床疗效，治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗前后内镜下病变程度。结果两组综合临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后两组中医证候评分均显著下降，差异显著（P〈0．01）。治疗后研究组中医证候评分较对照组低，差异显著（P〈0．01）。两组治疗后胃镜下黏膜病变程度与治疗前比较有显著改善，差异显著（P〈0．01）；研究组治疗后胃镜下黏膜病变程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论柴芍六君汤治疗肝郁脾虚型反流性食管炎能够显著改善患者中医证候，改善食管黏膜病变程度，并且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in treating the reflux esophagitis which caused by the stagnation of liver and spleen deficiency. Methods 70 cases with reflux esophagitis（caused by the stagnation of liver and spleen deficiency）from Jan to Dec 2015 were selected,and all cases were divided into study group （35 cases） and control group（35 cases） according to even and odd numbered license.Control group was treated with pantoprazole enteric capsule, and study group was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction.Comprehensive clinical curative effects,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and the degrees of endoscopic lesion of two groups were compared. Results Comprehensive clinical curative effect of two groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） .TCM syndrome scores of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.01）.TCM syndrome score of study group after treatment was lower than that of control group,which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.01）.The degrees of endoscopic lesion of two groups after treatment improved apparently compared with those before treatment,which showed significant differenee（P 〈 0.01）.The degree of endoscopic lesion of study group after treatment was milder than that of control group,which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Using Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in treatment of reflux esophagitis（caused by the stagnation of liver and spleen deficiency）can improve TCM syndrome scores and the degrees of endoscopic lesion,and is worthy of clinical expansion.
