摘要
目的:探讨半夏泻心汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组43例采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,并以40例口服奥美拉唑、多潘立酮为对照组。结果:半夏泻心汤在临床疗效和胃镜分级情况方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗反流性食管炎总体疗效优于西药奥美拉唑、多潘立酮。
Objective：Purpose is to explore Banxia Xiexin Tang treatment of reflux esophagitis clinical efficacy.Method：Treatment group of 43 patients with Banxia Xiexin Tang treating,and 40 cases of oral omeprazole,domperidone as the control group.Results：Banxia Xiexin Tang in clinical and endoscopic grading of areas compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin Tang treatment of reflux esophagitis in general more effective than Western medicine omeprazole,domperidone.
