基于DEA模型的创业投资对矿产企业技术创新效率影响

摘要 创业投资对提高矿产企业技术效率至关重要。运用DEA模型研究了创业投资与矿产企业技术创新效率间的关系。采用超效率模型对上市矿产企业技术创新效率进行计算,对比了有创业资金支持企业和无创业资金支持企业的创新效率值。研究表明:创业投资对矿业企业技术创新有促进作用,创业投资在企业风险控制、信息传播、投资监督机制和企业创新周期等方面,比传统融资渠道更适合矿业企业技术创新效率提高。 Venture capital is very important to improve the technical efficiency of mineral enterprises. The relationship between venture capital and technological innovation efficiency of mining enterprises was studied by using DEA model. Using super efficiency model to calculate the efficiency of technology innovation of listed mineral enterprises, compared with the innovation efficiency value of venture capital support enterprises and non venture capital support enterprises. It is shown that the venture investment on mining enterprises' technological innovation promotes, venture capital in enterprise risk control, information dissemination, investment supervision mechanism and enterprise innovation cycle, than the traditional financing channels is more suitable for mining enterprises' technological innovation efficiency improve.
