摘要
针对多机驱动的长距离带式输送机存在启动冲击大、正常运行时耗能不合理、各驱动电机出力不均的问题,通过对带式输送机的软启动、节能运行和功率平衡三方面的理论分析,提出了合理的启动速度、加速度曲线,实现节能运行的带速与运量关系及调节驱动电机功率平衡的措施,同时对带式输送机常用调速及功率平衡的驱动装置进行了对比,为设计选择提供全面参考。
In view of the long distance belt conveyor of multi-motor drive start big shock, when the normal operation of the unreasonable energy consumption inequality problem, the drive motor power, through the soft start of belt conveyer, energy-saving power balance and three aspects of the theoretical analysis, put forward the reasonable starting velocity and acceleration curve, achieve energy-saving operation of belt speed and traffic relations and adjust the measures of drive motor power balance, and commonly used for belt conveyor speed and compares the power balance of the drive, provide a comprehensive reference design choices.
