液力耦合器多滚筒传动带式输送机的功率平衡 被引量:7

摘要 通过对液力耦合器工作原理和电动机串液力耦合器的联合工作特性的分析,得出了液力耦合器调节电动机功率平衡的原理,总结了多滚筒驱动带式输送机驱动系统应用液力耦合器的优点;以头部双滚筒驱动系统为例,分析了电动机串液力耦合器前后的电动机功率不平衡度,结果表明液力耦合器对多滚筒传动带式输送机功率平衡的改善效果明显。 Through the analysis on the working principle of hydraulic coupler and the combining operating characteristic of motor with hydraulic coupler, the principle for adjusting the power balance of motor by hydraulic coupler was obtained ; and the merits of applying the hydraulic coupler in the belt cohveyor driving system were summarized. Taking the forehead double-drum driving system as an example, the power unbalancedness of motor before and behind the motor with hydraulic coupler was analyzed. The analysis result indicates that the effect of improving the power balance for the belt conveyor by hydraulic coupler is obvious.
