摘要
在ZAM84镁合金中加入质量分数为4%的Si,形成热强相Mg2Si,并通过等通道转角挤压变形改善合金组织形貌,并使晶粒细化,提高合金力学性能,等通道转角挤压前后屈服强度提高了113%,抗拉强度提高了50%,伸长率提高了201%。
It was investigated that an addition of 4% mass fraction silicon to the ZAM84 magnesium alloy, an thermal-stable phase Mg2Si formed. Equal channel angular pressing was employed to refine the microstructure, thus improving mechanical properties. After equal channel angular pressing, the proof strength increased by 113%, the ultimate tensile strength increased by 50%, while the elongation increased to 4.3%.
