摘要
向AZ91镁合金中加入少量Ba后可以得到一种能直接暴露在大气中浇注的新型镁合金。试验结果表明:少量Ba可以明显提高AZ91合金的室温和高温拉伸强度,尤其是合金高温强度的提高更为明显;但过量Ba却会引起合金力学性能的下降,尤其是合金韧性急剧下降。对试样进行SEM和EDS分析发现,该新型镁合金的显微组织主要由α(Mg)基体、β(Mg17Al12)相和Al4Ba相组成。
A little amount Ba is added to AZ91 magnesium alloy in order to develop a new magnesium alloy which could be moulded in the air without any protection . The experiment results show that a little amount Ba can increase obviously the tensile strength of the original AZ91 alloy in the room temperature ,and the tensile strength of the new alloy is enhanced dramatically in the high temperature , but excessive Ba addition to the AZ91 alloy can lead to the descent of the mechanical properties, especially causes the sharp decrease of the toughness of the alloy. With SEM and EDS detection we find that the microstructure of the new alloy with Ba is composed mainly of α(Mg) matrix and β(Mg17Al12) phase and λ(Al4Ba) phase.
