摘要
目的探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月在本院接受治疗的52例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各26例。对照组给予单纯口服蒙脱石散治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予双歧三联活菌片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及体温恢复时间、大便恢复正常时间、呕吐缓解时间、腹痛恢复时间。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.1%,显著高于对照组的80.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的体温恢复时间、大便正常恢复时间、呕吐缓解时间、腹痛恢复时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,能够改善患儿症状,有利于患者及早康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 52 diarrhea children patients in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,26 cases in each group.The control group was only given oral administration Montmorillonite powder,the treatment group was given bifid triple viable bacterial tablet on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,temperature recovery time,stool normal time,relief time of vomit,recovery time of abdominal pain in the two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.1%,which was higher than 80.8% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Temperature recovery time,stool normal time,relief time of vomit,recovery time of abdominal pain in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of bifid triple viable bacterial tablet combined with Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is significant,which can improve the symptom of diarrhea children patients,and is helpful to recovery early,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
