摘要
研究了三种复合助剂对煤基聚丙烯1102K产品的力学性能、抗热氧老化性能、灰分和热学性能的影响。结果表明:三种复合助剂对1102K产品的力学、热学性能和灰分的影响不大,均满足1102 K产品的质量要求。样品经多次挤出后,添加3#复合助剂的样品PP3#的熔融指数略低于其他两个样品。
The effect of composite additives on mechanical properties,resistance to thermo-oxidation,ash content and thermal properties of coal-based polypropylene were investigated,respectively. The results showed that the basic properties and ash content of the polypropylene with the three composite additives were similar,which could meet the requirements of the industrial polypropylene 1102 K. Three samples were extruded by multiple times,and the melt index of PP3 # with the addition of 3 # composite additive was slightly lower than that of the other two samples.
