摘要
研究了PP挤出降解反应时抗氧剂和过氧化二叔丁基之间发生的反应。试验结果表明:受阻酚类抗氧剂与酯类抗氧剂配合组成的复合抗氧剂,具有良好的协同稳定效果;选择合适的降解温度,采用抗氧剂母料的混合方式,可提高PP的降解效果、热性能和加工稳定性。
The reaction between antioxidant and di-tert-butyl peroxide in extrusion degradation of PP was studied. The results show that the compound antioxidant composed of phenolic antioxidant (1010) and ester antioxidant(168, DLTDP) has good synergistic stability. Selecting suitable degradation temperature and mixture of antioxidant masterbatch, the degradation effect of PP, heat performance and processing stability are improved.
