摘要
通过对国内外能源管理系统的研究分析与对比,结合城市轨道交通能源管理工作的实际情况,从能源管理系统的软硬件设计原则、能源计量监测点的选择依据、能源计量器具配置要求以及主要功能模块设计4个方面提出城市轨道交通行业能源管理系统标准框架。最后提出,相关企业应着重从加强能源计量器具配备以及企业自身能源管理考核工作的角度完善标准编制工作。
This paper analyzes and compares both domestic and international energy management systems at first. Then, considering the actual situation of urban rail transit energy management, the framework standards of energy management for urban rail tran- sit is proposed from 4 perspectives, which are the hardware and software design principles, the principles for choosing monitoring points for energy measurement, the configuration requirements for energy measurement meters, and the main design for functions and modules. Finally, this paper points out that the enterprises should pay greater attention to the use of energy measurement meters and conducting self- examination of energy management so as to establish better standards.
