摘要 文章介绍了地铁车辆能耗监测系统的设计要求、设计方法、结构特点。该设计通过对元器件的选型、电路的优化设计、印刷板的合理走线布局,重点解决了地铁车辆直流电能量的采集计量问题,并通过试验等手段对研制的产品进行了验证并已成功装车运行。结果表明:新研制的地铁车辆能耗监测系统结构合理、性能可靠、精度高,电磁兼容性好,能满足地铁车辆的电能采集、数据存贮、显示及其通信等要求。 The design requirements, design scheme and structural features of energy consumption monitoring system for metro vehicle are presented in this paper. Through type selection of component, optimization design of electro circuit and reasonable routing of albumen plate,collection and metering problems of DC electric energy for metro vehicle are solved mainly. The produetions have been verified from test and loaded on vehicles for operation successfully. The results show that the structure and performance of the energy consumption monitoring system are reasonable,the precision is lofty and EMC is excellent. It satisfies the requirements of electrical energy collection, retention of date, display and communication of metro vehicle.
