利益相关方的模型提供了一种分析方法 ,可以用它来分析各种因素对公立医院合同制护士的影响.在众多影响因素中,由于人际关系因素在工作环境中的重要性,因此不同利益群体的行为对公立医院合同制护士的影响最为直接.本文深入分析了公立医院合同制护士不同的利益相关方,并进一步探究其决定性的利益相关方.
Stakeholder model provides an analytical method that can be used to analyse the impacts of various factors on contract nurses in public hospitals, who suffering the most immediate influence by the behavior of different interest groups among all the factors due to the importance of interpersonal relationship in working environment. This paper gives an in-depth analysis of stakeholders of contract nurses in public hospitals and further studies of the definitive ones.
