摘要
为了解烟叶适宜的醇化时间,以2010—2013年四川凉山会理的烟叶,包含上、中、下3个部位共计10个等级为研究对象,进行了仓储醇化试验,跟踪其醇化进度,对不同醇化阶段烟叶品质进行评价,采用描述统计和回归分析的方法对数据处理分析,拟合了烟叶醇化品质变化的曲线方程,得到烟叶适宜的醇化时间。结果表明:上部烟叶最佳醇化时间平均为25.28个月;中部烟叶最佳醇化时间平均为22.35个月;下部烟叶最佳醇化时间平均为20.45个月。
In order to realize the appropriate storagedurations of tobacco,10 different grades of tobacco samples produced in Sichuan Huili were selected for storage tests,evaluated the sensory quality of tobacco at different stage durations.Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used for the data processing and aims to predict the appropriate storage time of different stalk position tobacco leaves.The results indicated that the appropriate storagedurations of different stalk position tobacco leaves were as follows：upper leaves middle leaves lower leaves,the upper leaves appropriate storagedurations were about 25.28 months,the middle leaves needs were about 22.35 months,and the lower leaves needs were about 20.45 months.
