摘要
对某品牌卷烟14个生产厂家5 693个检测样本烟支的8个物理指标应用六西格玛(Six Sigma,6σ)方法分析了质量控制情况。结果显示,有1个指标即烟支含水率是所有厂家均在质量控制范围以内的。有3个指标较多的厂家不在质量控制的范围内,指标分别为烟支的圆周(有8个厂家不在质量控制的范围内)、硬度(有10个厂家不在质量控制的范围内)、长度(有9个厂家不在质量控制的范围内)。有4个指标绝大多数厂家在质量控制的范围内,分别为烟支的端部落丝量、吸阻、重量、含末率。说明六西格玛方法应用于卷烟烟支物理指标质量控制分析中,在理论上是可行的,实践中是成功的。此法为烟草企业在其他方面的质量控制、质量均质性评价提供了借鉴,使企业接近零缺陷的管理处于受控状态,有助于企业质量管理水平的提高,从而增强市场的竞争能力。
8 physical indicators of 5 693 cigarette samples from 14 manufacturers were tested using Six sigma method.The results showed that all the manufacturers were in quality management range in water content index.Some manufacturers were not in quality management range in 3 indexes(8 manufacturers in cigarette circle,10 manufacturers in cigarette hardness,9 manufacturers in cigarette length).The majority of manufacturers were in quality management range in 4 indexes which were the fallen cigarette from the ends,draw resistance,weight and dust content.It was proved that the Six Sigma method used in cigarette quality management was feasible in theory and successful in practice.This method provided tobacco companies with a new and advanced method for other quality management and quality evaluation.It was good for improving the management and promoting the market competitiveness.
