蛛网膜下腔出血后脑萎缩与认知功能障碍相关性研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress on correlation between brain atrophy with cognitive and functional impairment after subarachnoid hemorrhage

摘要 认知功能障碍普遍存在于动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage,a SAH)患者,超过70%的幸存者存在不同类型的认知功能障碍,而a SAH后脑萎缩同样普遍存在,最近的研究表明a SAH后认知功能障碍与脑萎缩密切相关。本文综述了近些年a SAH后认知功能障碍与脑萎缩相关性的研究进展、认知功能障碍的评价方法以及脑萎缩影像学检查方法,旨在对a SAH后认知功能障碍的诊断及治疗提供参考。 Cognitive impairment after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(a SAH)is frequently detected. Prior research investigated on atrophy in specific brain areas and more than 70% survivors suffered from brain atrophy and poor cognitive and functional outcome after a SAH. This article aims to characterize the long-term effects of a SAH on cognition,day-to-day function,and summarizes the recent progress of brain atrophy after a SAH and different imaging examination methods of brain atrophy,providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive and functional impairment after a SAH.
