摘要
为了探究诃子的两种藏医炮制品(茜草制诃子和白狼毒制诃子)对小鼠消化道嗜银细胞分泌活动的影响,应用Grimelius银染法对消化道进行嗜银性染色,观察消化道内嗜银细胞的基本形态和分布规律。结果显示,在小鼠胃底部、胃幽门和各肠段均有嗜银细胞分布。给药后第28天,茜草制诃子和白狼毒制诃子以上部位的嗜银细胞数量均显著增多(P<0.05)。药效表现为茜草制诃子>白狼毒制诃子>生药诃子,且高剂量优于低剂量。嗜银细胞的形态主要有锥形、椭圆形、梭形。对照组嗜银细胞主要分布在胃腺叶之间、肠黏膜上皮细胞之间和肠腺上皮,而试验组嗜银细胞分布在胃腺叶交界处、肠腺上皮和肠固有膜多一些。由此得出,诃子及其茜草制、白狼毒制炮制品可不同程度地能够促进嗜银细胞分泌的增加,对消化道分泌功能起一定的调节作用,以茜草制诃子高剂量效果最好。
The study aims to explore the secretory activity of argentaffin cells in the digestive tract of mice treated with two kinds of processed products of Tibet,Rubia cordifolia L. Per T.chebula (R.T.chebula) and Euphorbia ffscheriana Steud Per T.chebula (E.T.chebula).Morphology and distribution of argentaffin cells in the di- gestive tract were studied by means of Grimelius's method of argentaffin reaction. It was found that the argentaffin cells were widely distributed in the fundus of stomach,pylorus and intestine. After drug delivery for 28 days, the quantity of argentaffin cell in the fundus of stomach, pylorus and intestine were very significantly higher (P〈 0.05) in the R.T. chebula groups and the E.T.chebula groups.The efficacy of R.T.chebula was better than E.T. ehebula and obviously better than T.chebula and the high dose was better than the low dose.The shape of atgentaffin cells was diberse, cone,ellipse and spindle.A large number of argentattin cells were found in the gland cavity of gastric, epithelial cells of intestinal mucosal and epithelial of intestinal gland in control group, and these cells were widely distributed in connective tissue of gastric gland, epithelial of intestinal gland and intestinal lamina propria in experimental groups.The secretion of argentaffin cells significantly increased after drug delivery. This result shows that T.chobula, R. T.chebule and E. T.chebula play an important role in adjusting secretion function of gastrointestinal tract by enhancing the secretion of argentaffin cells, and the effect of the R. T.chebula is the best.
