摘要
本文用Grimelius银染法对红点锦蛇消化道嗜银细胞的分布及形态进行了观察研究,结果显示:(1)分布密度:食管:7.5±2.64;贲门:15±4.68;胃体:22.4±6.07;幽门:50.65±8.79;十二指肠:33.8±7.85;空肠;23.55±6.55;回肠:27.15±5.01;直肠:7.7±3.47;(2)嗜银细胞形态:嗜银细胞属于内分泌细胞,内分泌细胞一般分4型:A型、B型、AB型和NP型,各部分嗜银细胞均分布在消化道上皮细胞之间和胃腺、肠腺上皮细胞之间.
Distribution and morphology of argyrophil cells in digestive tract of Elaphe rufodorsata were studied by using the Grimelius argyrophil staining technique. The results are as follows;(1) The density of argyrophil cells is 7. 5 ± 2. 64 in the esophagus, 15±4. 68 in the cardiacus'22. 4± 6. 07 in the stomachus corpus, 50. 65 ± 8. 79 in the pyloricus, 33. 8 ± 7. 85 in the duodenum,23. 55±6. 55 in the jejunum, 27. 15± 5. 01 in the ileum and 7. 7 ± 3. 47 in the rectum.(2) Argyrophil cells have four kinds of shapes. They are A-typcd, B-typed, AB-typed and NP -typed. They are located between the epithelial cells or digestive tract and between the epithelial cells of stomachal glands or intestinal glands.
