摘要
构建基于"岗位能力"培养为目标的经管类专业实践教学体系,不仅有利于培养学生职业精神和实践能力,还有助于提高用人单位和社会对学校人才培养的满意度,满足经济社会发展对高技术型人才的需求。然而,传统的实践教学条件及实践教学体系已无法满足实践教学改革的要求。因此,高校通过与既能进行实际生产经营管理又能了解高校实践教学与人才培养的企业合作,共同建设基于"岗位能力"培养为目标的经管类专业实践教学平台,可最大限度地改变经管类专业实践教学内容与企业实际生产经营活动脱节这一现状,提高实践教学水平。
Construction of practice teaching system for economic management on the cultivation of post capability through school ＆ enterprise cooperation, is not only beneficial to the cultivation of students＂ professional spirit and practice ability, but alsoconducive to the satisfaction improvement of school personnel training of employer and society ,meeting the need of economic and social development for the senior technical personnel . However, the traditional practice teaching conditions and practical teaching system cannot meet the requirements of practice teaching reform . So school ＆ enterprise cooperation which can make actual produetion and operation management and can understand college practical teaching and talent training, commonly develops the practice teaching environment based on the cultivation of post capability. School ＆ enterprise cooperation can greatly change the current situation, i.e. the economic management specialized practice teaching content does not match the actual production and business operation activities of the businesses . In the meantime,it enhances the practical teaching effect.
