摘要
根据首都经济贸易大学经管实验教学中心发展历史及发展历程中出现的重复建设、功能单一、利用率低、技术人员缺乏、保障不力等问题进行了陈述与原因分析,进而在实践育人理念的树立、实践教学体系的构建、实践教学梯队的形成、运行管理模式的创新等方面,提出要在大实践育人理念指导下构建具有财经特色的多层递进式实践教学体系,创立"多元混合矩阵式"运行管理模式等,探索并实践了经管实验教学中心的内涵建设途径。并从经管实验教学示范中心对财经类高校的重要性和其建设的系统性角度,分享了国家级经管实验教学中心建设经验。
National-level economic and management experiment teaching demonstration center in local colleges plays important guidance and demonstration role in the construction of practical teaching resource. According to the problems in the development of the history and development of the experimental teaching center of Capital University of Economics and Business, such as repeated construction, single function, low utilization rate, lack of technical personnel, lack of protection and other issues are analyzed, and then the paper points out to build a multi-level progressive practical teaching system. The system should contain the practice of educating people, practice teaching echelon formation, operation and management mode of innovation and other aspects. With financial characteristics, it runs in ＂ multiple mixed matrix＂ operation management mode. Under the guidance of the concept of great practice, this paper explores and practices the way for connotation development of the experimental teaching center. From the importance of experimental teaching demonstration center in financial and economic universities the paper shares the experience of the national economic management experiment teaching center construction.
