摘要
通过对我国一些高校国家重点实验室的实地调研,概括了高校国家重点实验室3种不同管理模式的特点,并在学科建设、队伍建设、运行管理等方面进行了比较。借鉴国外实验室的管理模式,提出了高校国家重点实验室管理模式的几点改进建议。
Through inverstigation and survey to the state key laboratory in some colleges and universities ,this article analyzes types and characteristics of the management mode of the state key laboratory in colleges and universities.Compared to the foreign national laboratory management mode ,combining the present situation of operation management of our state key laboratories in colleges and universities , this article puts forward several suggestions of the management mode of the state key laboratory in colleges and universities .
