摘要
区域股权交易市场是我国多层次资本市场的重要组成部分,但市场存在市场活跃度低和流动性不足等市场"失灵"问题。本文基于要素视角,首先多维度定性分析市场发展的要素制约,然后运用层次分析法综合评价各个要素制约的重要程度。结果表明,政策法律、企业资源供给这两要素对区域股权市场的影响最大,其次是投资者需求要素,最后是投融资平台和中介服务机构两要素。在分析基础上,提出发展区域股权交易市场的对策和建议。
Regional equity trading market is an important part of the multi-level capital market system. However, there exist a lot of problems that make the market out of control, such as lack of vitality and liquidity. Based on the perspective of elementals, this essay firstly attempts to dimensionally analyse element constraints in the regional equity market construction. Secondly, using analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to evaluate the influential factors of obstacles. The research proves that the policy and law framework and corporate resource play the most significant roles in equity trading market. Besides, the effect of investors demand ranks the second place. The financing channel and intermediary organization are lying at the last. Based on the previous analysis, this essay comes up with the ideas about advices and counter plans in development of regional equity market.
