摘要
为了提高山西省区域性股权交易的发展水平,促进山西经济转型,梳理了山西省股权交易及相关市场的发展现状,分析了股权交易托管登记基础工作有待夯实等关键问题,提出了依法创建全省统一的股权交易市场等政策建议。
In order to improve the level of development of regional equity transactions and promote economic restructuring in Shanxi Province, this paper reviews the development status of equity transactions and market in Shanxi Province. Based on analysis of equity paper proposed policy recommendations such trading hosting registration＇ s basic work needs to be compacted, the as in accordance with the law to create the province unified equity market.
