摘要
分析中医医院临床药师开展药学服务的情况,总结中医医院临床药师工作的特点与难点,探讨提高临床药师药学实践能力的方法及临床中药师的培养,以促进临床药学特别是中药临床药学的进一步发展,使临床药师为临床一线提供更好的药学服务,保障患者的合理用药。
The method of improving clinical pharmacists＇ practical ability and the cultivation of clinical phar- macists were explored by analyzing the conditions of clinical pharmacists in TCM hospital launching pharmaceutical care, reviewing the features and difficulties of clinical pharmacists in TCM hospital, therefore to promote clinical pharmacy, especially further development of clinical pharmacy, to make clinical pharmacists provide better pharma- ceutical service and ensure drug rational use of the patients.
