摘要
目的探讨临床药师如何为血液透析患者提供药学服务。方法临床药师利用药学知识并结合药学服务实践,对血液透析患者进行常用药物的用药指导。结果与结论临床药师提供药学服务非常必要,可提高血液透析患者用药的依从性,提高药物疗效,降低药品不良反应发生几率,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate how clinical phaimacists make pharmaceutical seivices for hemodialysis patients. Method Combining pharmacology with pharmaceutical services practice, clinical pharmacists made inedieation guide to hemodialysis patients. Result and conclusion It is very necessary for clinical pharmacists to make pharmaceutical services, which can strengthen hemodialysis patients reliability and improue the drug therapeutical effect, reduce the adverse reactions, and improve the quality of the patients life.
