摘要 为了解决ERP业务流程评价方法的主观因素影响过大、随意性较高的问题,引入时效熵、质量熵两个指标衡量企业ERP业务流程的结构,并采用熵值法来确定指标之间的权重。通过对G企业的ERP业务流程数据进行验证,发现了基于熵理论的ERP业务流程评价的方法具有良好的扩展性,同时为企业流程优化决策提供了很好的数据支撑。 In order to solve the problem of ERP business process evaluation method, to name a few, the subjective factors have too much influence and high randomness, the paper introduced two indexes of the aging entropy and quality entropy to measure corporate ERP business process, and the weight between indicators was determined by entropy method. After verifying the ERP business process data of G company, it is found that the method of ERP business process evaluation based on entropy theory has good expansibility; at the same time, it provides good data support for business process optimization.
