摘要
直接空冷机组乏汽余热利用改造技术可显著提高机组的综合能源利用效率,某电厂经过对乏汽余热利用改造技术进行综合对比,确定采用吸收式热泵技术回收乏汽余热。项目实施后对机组乏汽余热利用效果进行了评估,试验结果表明热泵性能达到了保证要求。经过2个供暖季的运行考验,热泵系统运行稳定、可靠,改造取得了预期效果。
The reform for waste heat utilization technology can remarkably improve the energy utilization efficiency of the direct air cooling unit.Several technologies for waste heat utilization are contrasted in a power plant,and finally absorption heat pump technology was adopted for waste heat recovery.The efficiency of the waste heat utilization after reform was evaluated and the result proves that the performace of the heat pump has reached expectation.After trial running for 2 heating seasons,the heat pump system is proved to operate stably and reliably,having reached the expected result.
