摘要 直接空冷机组在夏季高温时会出现不同程度的限负荷现象,提高空冷机组过夏出力的措施与实践经验都在探讨摸索中。通过实践认为,直接空冷机组夏季限负荷的主要原因是由于空冷凝汽器真空低所致,提高真空是直接空冷机组安全度夏和经济运行的重要手段之一。达拉特电厂总结出了直接空冷机组夏季运行背压高、煤耗高、带负荷能力差的原因,找到了解决办法,取得了非常好的社会效益和经济效益。 In summer, the load limit operating condition often occurs in direct air-cooling units. The countermeasures and experiences are being searched. According to the practices, the low vacuum of air-cooling condenser mainly contributed to the load limit in summer. It is an important way for vacuum improvement to guarantee the safe and economic operation of direct air-cooling units in summer. The reasons for high back pressure, high coal consumption and low load capability were summarized in Dalate Power Plant. Based on this, the solutions were found out, obtaining great social and economic benefits.
