摘要
在掌握了定向钢纤维水泥基复合材料制备方法的基础上,通过3种试件尺寸下,乱向、定向两种钢纤维分布形式的预制缺口梁三点弯曲试验,研究了钢纤维分布形式及试件尺寸对钢纤维水泥基复合材料弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:钢纤维的定向分布进一步提高了材料的弯曲强度,并有效改善了弯曲变形能力。在该试验尺度范围内,定向试件的弯曲强度几乎不受试件尺寸的影响,标准化后的挠度与韧性有随着试件尺寸的增大而增大的趋势。
Based on the preparation method of aligned steel fibre cement-based composite materials, a three-point bending test has been made to investigate the influence of steel fibers distributions on flexural properties and the size effect of parameters.The results show that aligned steel fiber distribution can increase the fiexural strength significantly, also improve the ability of flexural strain effectively.The size effect on flexural strength of aligned steel fibre cement-based composite materials in this specimen size range can be neglected.The nor- malized deflection and normalized toughness are increasing with the specimen size.
