摘要
为了确定微钢纤维水泥基复合材料强度尺寸效应及其力学强度之间相互关系,采用普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰、外加剂、以及微镀铜钢纤维进行水泥基复合材料配合比试验。设计和制作了9组试件,通过试验,获得了水泥基复合材料的不同尺寸立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度,建立了微钢纤维不同尺寸间水泥基复合材料力学性能之间的相互关系,研究结果为普通水泥基复合材料的工程设计及工程应用质量评价提供理论依据。
In order to determine the correlation of size effect and mechanical strength of micro steel fiber cement-based composite mate-rial, we use ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, silica fume, admixture and micro-coppering steel fiber in this experiment, and get the mix- ture ratio of cement based composite material.By making nine groups of test specimen, we get the compressive strength, axial compressive strength,breaking strength and extension strength of cement based composite material in different sizes.The correlation of mechanical property between varisized cement-based composite materials is established.The results can provide theoretical basis for engineering de-sign and quality assessment in engineering application.
