摘要
随着环境问题的日趋严重,创新人才成为社会急需的人才。SRTP是高校培养创新人才的重要途径。该文对基于创新人才培养的SRTP模式进行了初步探索,以期为高校环境专业SRTP模式的实施奠定基础。
With the more and more serious problems of the environment,the innovative talents become scarce wealth.And SRTP（student research training program）is an important measure of innovative talents training.A primary research on the SRTP-based mode of innovative talents in environment should be carried out,in order to lay the foundation for environment specialty in universities about the implementation of SRTP.
