摘要
从学科发展历史及当前趋势等方面讨论了地理学、生态学和环境科学在“人类与环境相互作用研究”和“经济与环境协调发展研究”中的地位和作用；指出：为适应“２１世纪议程”的主题─—持续发展战略的需要，各有关学科应进一步配合，向着更高的综合研究方向发展；强调在解决上述重大问题中自然科学家与社会科学家携手共同探讨当前全球环境变化规律和管理对策的必要性。
From the view of the historical retrospects and future prospects of geography,ecolo-gy,environmental sciences,and their contributions to the study on the interaction be-tween man and environment were discussed.It was pointed out that,for the needs of thesustainable development which was the main topic of “Agenda 21”,the natural and socialscientists must work together and work hard to built the knowlege of the global changesand to improve our related decision making.
