摘要
我国产业转型升级亟需具有"大国工匠"精神的工程师、高级技工和敢于尝试、敢于拼搏的创新创业型人才。现代职业教育及市场需求对高职师资队伍建设提出了新的挑战。以国家骨干高职院校建设单位——广州铁路职业技术学院为例,结合人力资源管理理论,对高职师资队伍建设进行了探索并提出了针对性的思考和建议。
The transformation and upgrading of China's industry needs to have engineers, senior technicians with spirit of the craftsman, and innovative entrepreneurial talent. The modem vocational education and market demand put -forward the new challenges of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. Exemplified by Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic, the paper explores and practices the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and puts forward suggestion.
