摘要
本文将角色扮演教学法应用于高职酒店管理专业的《酒店案例分析》课程中,通过教师指导学生分小组、分角色演绎酒店管理经典实例,达到既培养学生综合能力又提高学生实操水平的教学目标。
This paper innovatively proposed to apply the role -playing teaching method to Hotel Case Study course of hospitality man-agement major in higher vocational college .In this teaching mode , students were divided into small groups and acted classical hotel ca-ses as short plays .It could not only cultivate the comprehensive abilities of students , but also practice their operation skills in higher vocational college .
