摘要
采用测量、问卷调查、实验对比等研究方法,在篮球专选课教学中采用"多角色教学法",对高职大学生健康素质的影响进行实验研究。结果显示:实验前,实验班与对照班在生理、心理、社会健康状况上不存在差异;实验后,实验班的总体健康素质显著或非常显著地优于对照班,提高了学生学习积极性和自学自练能力,提供宣泄自我、表现自我的空间,增强了学生的社会健康素质。
Using the research methods of measurement, questionnaire, experimental comparison, etc., the present study did experimental research on the effect of application of the 'Multiple-roles Teaching Method' to basketball specialized curriculum teaching on higher vocational college students' quality of health. The results indicated that before the experiment, there was no difference between the experimental class and the control class in the conditions of physical, mental and social health, but after the experiment, the overall quality of health of the experimental class was significantly or very significantly superior to that of the control class, which means this kind of teaching method can enhance the students' enthusiasm for learning and their ability to teach themselves and exercise independently, offer the students the space for unbosoming and showing themselves, thus strengthening the students' social quality of health.
