摘要
针对安钢中板机组采用热轧方式和控轧方式生产的中板产品进行正火试验,对比不同轧制方式生产产品正火后的拉伸性能、冲击性能和组织晶粒度。结果表明:对于同规格普通碳素结构钢和低合金结构钢,采用不同轧制方式生产,对正火后的性能影响不大。正火钢板采用热轧方式生产可有效提高轧机的机时产量。
On the basis of normalizing test on medium steel plate produced by hot rolling and controlled rollingwith medium plate mill in Angang,the article describes the comparison of tensile properties, impact properties and grainsize between different rolling processes and normalizing. The results show little difference between mechanical propertiesof carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel with same size specification produced by different rolling processesand normalizing. The output per machine - hour of the plate mill can be effectively improved when producing thesteel plate by means of hot rolling and normalizing.
