摘要 某厂中厚板生产线通过开发正火控冷工艺,在热处理炉后增加冷却装置。有效解决了正火后钢板的强度低于标准下限或偏标准下限的问题,大大提高了钢板的性能合格率。 Through the development of normalizing controlled cooling process, additional cooling device is installed at the exit side of the heat treatment furnace at the medium and heavy plate production line of a plate roiling plant. The problem that the strength values of steel plate are less than the lower limit or close to the lower limit of the appropriate standard after normalizing is effectively resolved and the performance conformity ratio of steel plate is significantly improved.
